SPINACH AND CHESSE QUICHE BY CLAUDIO

  

Ingredients (10 pieces):


spinach: 1K.
3 eggs
grated chesse: 1K.
liquid cream: 750 ml.
pie crust: 5 units.
salt: 15 pinches.
olive oil: 10 teaspoon.

Instructions:

First, extend the pie crust with a roller in a oven grased mold. Preheat your oven 180 Cº.

Then, wash the spinach. In a pan, with a splash of oil, saute the spinach.

Next, in a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the liquid cream and the grated chesse and combine them. Now, add the spinach, whisk and add salt to taste. Pour all carefully in the pie crust already molded.

Last of all, put the mold in the oven during 30 minutes aprox. Prod with a fork until the egg has set, then take out of the oven and serve on the table. 
It is all!!

SPONGE CAKE ORANGE BY JULIA

ESPONGE CAKE ORANGE

Ingredients :

1-1 orange juice

2-250ml of milk

3-250ml of oil

4-3 eggs

5-250g of sugar

6-750g flour

7-1 leavening

INTRUCTION

1 Frist of all,put the milk,the oil and the sugar into a blow and stir

2 Then , add the eggs , the flour and the oramge juice and mix outil smooth

3 Next , pour the mixture into a greased baking pan

4 Last of all , put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180º,leave the esponge cake to coof.

CHARLOTTE BY MILANA

 

                 - CAKE - CHARLOTTE -

                                          Ingredients:


       
   - 1 glass of flour
  - 1 glass of sugar
  - 3 eggs
  - 4 apples

                                                               Instruction:
 

     First: we need to do dough.

   For this you must take a bowl and add a glass of flour, a glass of sugar and three eggs.

   Second:
 
  All ingredients mix in the bowl and slice all apples. 

   Third: 
 
  Grease a baking dish with margarine.
   
   Fourth:
 
  You need pour a half dough in a large baking dish, add half apples, pour dough rest and add apple rest. 
   
    Fifth:

  For finish put a cake in the oven 180 Cº. After 30-45 minutes the cake will be baked.

                                 Creps                                              Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon of vainilla 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 glasses of milk 
  • 2 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

                    Instruccions : 

1° First, you have to prepare the dough, for wath we need a bowl . In the bowl , wish togeder the milk , the flour , the eggs , the sugar ,the vainilla and the salt gradually and beat until smooth. 

2° Then, we mix everything with the help a wisher. 

3° Finally,(put a little buter in a pan ) and grease the friying pan with some butter and pour the dought until the botton is all covered . Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes ,until the botton is light brown. Then turn and cook the other side .

Serve the crepe what ever you like the most and …… eat!!!!!!

CARROT CAKE BY SERGIO DOMÍNGUEZ



                                              CARROT CAKE 
                                  -Ingredients-

- FOUR EGGS   
- HALF CUP OF SUGAR 
- HALF CUP OF FLOUR 
- A CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL
- TWO TEASPOONS OF BAKING POWDER
- A PINCH OF SALT 
- TWO TEASPOONS OF GROUND CINNAMON 
- TWO CUPS OF GRATED CARROT
- HALF CUP OF CHOPPED WALNUTS 
- HALF STICK OF BUTTER 
- TWO HUNDRED GRAMS OF CHEESE CREAM 
- ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY GRAMS OF ICING

                                                     -Preparation-

1. FIRST OF ALL PUT THE EGGS IN A BOWL AND BEAT THEM UNTIL THEY BECOME FOAMY. ALSO, PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 ºC .

2. THEN, ADD THE SUGAR, FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER WELL SIFTED ALTERNATING WITH THE OIL AND CONTINUE BEATING. IN THIS WAY IT WILL BE EASIER TO INTEGRATE LAND MIX WELL TO GET A HOMOGENEOUS CARROT CAKE DOUGH.

3. NEXT, ADD THE GRATED CARROT AND THE CHOPPED WALNUTS. AND  CONTINUE BEATING. WHEN YOU HAVE THE CARROT CAKE DOUGH, SPREAD A BAKING DISH WITH A LITTLE BUTTER AND POUR THE MIXTURE. (YOU HAVE TO BAKE IT FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR.)

4. TO MAKE THE TOPPING, TAKE A BOWL AND MIX THE CRAM CHEESE WITH THE BUTTER. THEN ADD THE ICING SUGAR LITTLE BY LITTLE AND WITHOUR STOPPING BEATING.

5. WHEN THE  CARROT CAKE IS READY, LET IT COOL A LITTLE ON A RACK AND CUT IT IN TWO HALF TO FILL IT WITH A THIN LAYER OF THE PREVIOUS MIXTURE.

6. LAST OF ALL, PUT A THIN LAYER ON TOP AND DECORATE.
THEN YOUR CARROT CAKE IS READY !

potatoes with cheese and chorizo BY ADAM B

                             and chorizo  

             ingredents

5-8 potatoes 
20 grams of salt
oregan
cheese
and chorizo  


We collect 5 or 8 potatoes and wash them well and then we peel and cut them as in potatoes and then we take chorizo and put it in hot water and after 1 minute we remove the water, we take the potatoes and fry them until they turn golden brown and then We take them out and put a little salt and put the chorizo, cheese and finally the oregano and put it in the microwave for 80 degrees and 7 minutes and they are ready

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BY ELVIRA.

                     

                     🍫Chocolate  Brownie 🍫 

              Ingredients:
             
            1/2 cup of  butter or margarine.
            2 or 3 eggs.
            1 cup of flour.
            1 cup of chocolate chips.
            1 cup of nuts.
            1 cup of white sugar or brown sugar and Minecraft.  
      
            
      
            Preheat oven to 175 ºC.
            Grease a baking sheet. 
            Convine butter or margarine and chocolate in a pan, or put in a bowl in                        microwave.
            Beat eggs on a bowl until frothy.
            Add sugar or vainilla, beat to mix.                        
            And finaly add eggs and nuts.
            Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
            Let your brownie cool, and serve it.

INGREDIENTS


250 grams of pastry flour

Half a litter of milk

2 eggs

A tablespoon of olive oil

A pinch of sugar 

A pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1 First we beat all the ingredients in bowl until get a smooth about

2 Then let the dough rest in the fridge for 15 minutes

3 Next we heat a friying pan with a little of butter 

4 Now  with a saucepan we put the dough in the bottom of the friying  cook each side for about  2 

minutes or untie the bottom is brown

5 When the crepes are ready add nutella roll it

6 And the endjoy



YOGURT BISCUIT BY HUGO

INGREDIENS

1.-One lemon yogurt.

2.-One yogurt cup of olive oíl

3.-Two yogurt cups of sugar.

4.-Tree yogurt cups of flour.

5.-Tree eggs.

6.-One packet of baking powder.

7.-Some butter and sugar

PREPARATION

Firts of all Beat in a bowl the eggs and the sugar.

Next,add the bakin powder,the flour,the yogurt and the olive oíl then mix them gently.

Now,grease the mold with butter and some flour and por the mixture in the mold.

Last of all bake the mixture for about 35 minutes to 170°

BELGIAN WAFFLES BY ALEJANDRA

BELGIAN WAFFLES

-Ingredients-

 -1 large egg

-225 gr of strength flour

-80 ml of warm milk    

-50 gr of white sugar

 -60 gr of butter

-A pinch of salt

-3 gr of baking powderrs

-5 gr of vanilla sugar

-Pearl sugar


-Instructions-

·First of all, mix the baking powder, a bit of warm milk, a tablespoon of sugar and

a tablespoon of strength flour. Leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes.


·Then, mix the rest of the flour with the salt and the rest of the sugar.


·Next, mix the egg with the rest of the milk and the vanilla sugar.


·Now, stir them all together.


·Then, add the butter little by little in the dough stiring slowly. After that

the mixture is ready.


·Wait 1 hour and a half, mix the dough again, and wait 20 minutes.


·Add the pearl sugar and make portions of 50 gr.


·Cook them in the waffle maker.


-Serving suggestion-


Serve your waffles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

                        INGREDIENTS  




1º  FIVE EGGS

2º  500G OF POTATOES

3º SALT

4º OLIVE OIL




                         INTRUCTIONS


1º  FIRST OF ALL, PEEL  AND  WASH  THE  POTATOES, THEN CUT THEM INTOCUBES., ONES READY FRY THE  POTATOES THEM INTO LOW HEAT.FINALLY WE TAKE THE POTATOES OUT OF THE PAN AND DRAIN THEM IN A BIG BOWL


2º NEXT,BEAT THE EGGS, ADD THE POTATOES WITH A PIUNCH OF SALT AND MIX.

LEAVE IT FOR SOME MINUTES.


3º LAST OF ALL, PUT IN THE PAN A PAIR OF TABLESPOONS WITH OLIVE OIL AND POUR ALL THE INGREDIENTS. WE SHAPE IT BY THE EDGES.            WHEN THE OMELETTE IS CURLED, FLIP IT WITH THE HELP OF DISH.          LEAVE IT ON THIS SIDE FOR TWO OR THREE MORE MINUTES AND WILL TASTE A DELICIUS SPANISH OMELETTE  :)




Chocolate and cookies cake by Ainhoa

~Chocolate and cookies~ cake 
Ingredients:
Butter 
Cookies 🍪
Milk 🥛
And chocolate 🍫

First of all in a square tray spread some butter. 
Next take cookies and Puy them in milk, then placer them on the tray and on top add líquido chocolate. 
Them you Don't sevral layers. 
Last of all put it in the fridge forma 4 otros 5 hours

HOMEMADES COOKIES BY JESUS

 


HOMEMADE COOKIES

               


PREP TIME 1 HOUR.

INGREDIENTS:

 

-          100 g of sugar.                                   -   1 egg.

-          200 g flour.                                        -   1 piece of chocolate.

-          1 bog of baking powder.                    -    4 cherries.

-          100 g of butter.                                  -    Nuts.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.- First of all, in a large bowl pour the flour, the sugar and baking powder, then mix well. Now ladd the butter and knead until you see a kind of crumbs.



 

2.- Now, add the egg and mixed until smooth.



3.- Next, strech the dough and cut it into pieces.



4.- Shape the  to tarte and garnished with chocolate, cherries and nuts.


5.- Lasto f all, puti t in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes at 80º. Leave the cookies to cool.
