BAKE CHICKEN WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

• chicken chopped
• 4 medium potatoes
• olive oil
• garlic and onion powder
• salt and pepper
• oregano
• 1/2 of white vine

COCKING TIME

 

firs of all, peel and wash the potatoes then cut it in 1 cm slice

then, lightly grase a baking tray with olive oil.

 put the pottatoes on top and then place the chicken.

next add  the salt the pepper and the garlic and onion powder over the chicken after tath, add a litle of

olive oil and the  vine glass white.

carefuly put the chicken into the over at medium heigth for about 30 minutes.

after that tourn around the chicken and bake it another 30 mn until the chicken is golden.

last of all serve inmediately and enjoy.
